Are you having a hard time?? Frustrated? Ups and downs?
Feel like a failure? We all have these moments!!! But, if you believe in your business and have the heart to help people then you WILL succeed…you just have to stay CONSISTENT!!!!!!! I have weeks where I work so hard, but it seems like my paycheck is still smaller than I want, or things aren’t advancing as quickly as I’d like. BUT, I believe I can help people and I’m driven to succeed so I’m NOT GOING TO GIVE UP!!! Anyone who accomplishes great things in business and life is bound to “fail” along the way. That’s actually a good thing…it means you are getting out of your comfort zone and putting yourself out there!! Feeling like a failure at times just means you are HUMAN!

I’ve heard something recently that really resonated with me and it’s so unbelievably true..especially in this coaching business. “If you aren’t putting yourself out there, then you are STEALING from those that need you”. All I can say is WOW. As a Beachbody Coach there are literally MILLIONS of people in the U.S. (and the world for that matter) that need what we have to offer. Obesity is an epidemic! So many people just don’t know where to start or don’t have the support at home. That’s where we come in!! We have all the tools to help…we have the Fitness tool+Support tools=and that equals SUCCESS!!!!!!! As coaches, we were drawn to this business because we genuinely care about people. WE WANT TO CHANGE LIVES and we have an amazing opportunity to do so!

So, a message for fellow Beachbody Coaches: You are special. You have YOUR own unique experiences, characteristics and talents that make you YOU. Believe that you were drawn to this business to help and if you get yourself out there….you can impact the lives of THOUSANDS!!!! You help just one person change their life, well that affects their whole family and then the people they come in contact with and so on. Positivity breeds positivity. Get out of your comfort zone and tell the world (not pushy, but confidently) that you are here to help!!! Every single one of you is capable of amazing things in your life! YOU can make a difference!!

And, a special message to Moms out there that are tired, overweight, missing that “something” from their life and are ready to make a CHANGE!! Well, that’s where I come in. I can help you find that confidence again!! I will work one on one with you to help you get fit and get the energy back and feel ALIVE!!!  I can also mentor you and help you PAY IT FORWARD and make a lucrative business out of doing the same thing…making a difference and helping others!!
