I am a proud new Mom, Beachbody Coach, business owner and an RN. I’m currently taking time off from the medical profession to enable me to be with my family and focus on running my successful business. I’ve always had a passion for HELPING others, whether it was through my 12 years experience as an ER and ICU Nurse or volunteering all over the world. This intensive drive and passion has ultimately led me to becoming a Beachbody Coach. Now I can focus on helping others realize more than they ever dreamed possible physically, mentally and financially. I now have my dream job of being at home with my daughter, working in my pj’s and mentoring others while they change their lives!!
When I decided to take some time off the medical profession I was happy with the decision but felt something was missing in my life. HELPING. Now I have the amazing opportunity to reach thousands of people and focus on seeing them through their health and fitness journeys.
I developed a love for fitness a few years ago. I researched, experimented, and even failed at a few things. When I discovered Beachbody I was ecstatic!! I loved the workouts, LOVED SHAKEOLOGY and more than anything else, the results I got. I’m proud to now be working with one of the most trusted companies/families in the fitness business!

In the past I have done P90x, Insanity, Chalean Extreme, 10 Minute Trainer and Turbojam but none to completion. Well, after having my daughter via c-section, getting diagnosed with hypothyroidism AND turning 35 the struggle to get in shape increased. I have become even more motivated to GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE – and I’m on my way!!! I started P90x and Shakeology on September 29, 2011 and I feel amazing! In a mere 30 days I’ve lost over 3% body fat and the inches and pounds are melting away! Check out my transformation here.
