Crane on a boat!
A couple months ago I was on the P90X facebook page and saw a great album labeled “Crane in Strange Places”. I was inspired to make it to the album and do my own unique Crane pose in odd areas!!! I’m continuing to push myself and get new pics but here are some I’ve done so far!!! AND, I made it to the album!!!

Crane on a cliff
For those of you confused…..there is a DVD called Yoga X in the P90X program and THE Tony Horton has you hold the crane pose for 1 minute. It’s tough but so REWARDING when you can finally pull it off!!!
I took a video of me holding the pose for as long as I could. I welcome anyone else to participate in my CRANE CONTEST and record their crane pose and tag me in it on facebook!!!!!
